Barcelona is large so we have used the Tourist Office district names to help visitors to locate their Hotels.
The CENTER for our purposes refers to the “downtown” touristic areas which cover the Barri Gòtic, El Raval, La Ribera and Port Vell.
The SURROUNDING refers to all other districts still within the city of Barcelona including the important Eixample, Gràcia and Montjuïc.
The NEARBY refers to locations that are within easy traveling distance of the city of Barcelona.
